Meet the team

Shodement began in January 2012 by Jay Lamusica as a record label project. In an industry where a lot of executives are just in it for the money and aren’t focused on helping artists, the idea behind Shodement to create a business that clients could trust and gain real advice from. With no funding, the project evolved into a working business that developed virally through references and word of mouth and focused on actually helping artists. Jay was then joined by Steve Moss, marketing consultant and co-director, Harry Blake, music manager, and David Ross, head of Harry Shotta`s music management.

The company now has 18 team members; 100+ successful projects, 3 million views every 30 days from all corners of the globe including France, Spain, USA, Italy and Japan just to mention a few countries.

With executives that worked with the likes of Vogue, Adidas and Sony (to name just a few), this innovative music team has developed leading campaigns viewed by over 3 million people worldwide (they have executives in over 5 countries). Founded in 2012  and headquartered in London they have huge growth plans in the pipeline, and growing the right artists  across all areas.

Our approach is straightforward - we are your partner and service provider. We have an uncomplicated operating style that is direct and results-driven. We have very high ambitions. The Shodement team will not invest their time unless artists share this ambition.

Our focus:

Our ambition is to help build market leaders in music.

Artists with vision. Managers that lead. Artists that believe in "already done" instead of "will do". Artists that are obsessed by creating extraordinary things. Music that impact, shape, and disrupt markets. Often with a global market opportunity and strong international focus from day one.
