Rhodri is an incredibly driven and commercial businessman who has built a very impressive real estate portfolio which has continued to grow year on year. With a very straight and honest approach to business, he ensures he gets the best results for Shodement and builds strong partnerships outside the music industry.
Jay Lamusica is the Managing Director of Shodement, one of Europe’s most promising music companies. He is an experienced music industry executive working with Grammy winning and Award winning executives. He closed endorsement deals with brands such as Westfield, Content Capital, Premier Moda, Mediabase Direct and Oxfam.
Prior to Shodement, he was responsible for generating £2.7m in revenue for a UK based VC backed proptech company.
Our Chief Technology Officer Alex manages the tech team of Software Engineers at Shodement. He is an experienced Full Stack developer with over 8 years in the sector. Expert at facilitating the delivery of software solutions for the likes of Just Eat, UBS and Texas Instruments. Strong focus on engineering leadership, product delivery and stack development.
Current VP of Product at a well known tech company. Our Product consultant comes with over 10 years of experience in product development. He was responsible for a eCommerce store delivering more than £450 million in sales per year.
