Meet Simon! (On the right side of the picture) He is our experienced corporate finance adviser, non-executive director and chartered accountant, with particular interest in technology-based companies and charities. He is currently the Director of Beechcroft Associates and a key member in the Shodement fundraising efforts.

Simon was also responsible for setting up our Managing Director in meetings with the likes of Live Nation, Time Warner, Universal Music and more.

He has a indepth experience of strategy & business planning.

Jay Lamusica is the Managing Director of Shodement, one of Europe’s most promising music companies.  He is an experienced music industry executive working with Grammy winning and Award winning executives. He also responsible for closing endorsement deals with brands such as Westield, Oxfam, Premier Moda and Selfridges.

Nikita has an aptitude for understanding her client’s expectations. She pays close attention to what you say during discussions and tries to capture the essence of your requests in her creative ideas, she also makes sure that it reflects the values of your music brand. A professional character who is easy to work with.

Her credits include signing the An Original Leroy x Sasha endorsement deal, and creating hundreds of thousands of views for artists around the world.

With a BSc in Business Management and an MA in Cultural Policy with a focus on music, Melina is a very smart lady. She also uses that brain power to deliver great results for our artists around the world.

Prior to Shodement, Melina was part Big Gig Media and developed commercial partnerships for some of the biggest names within pop music.
