Our first breakthrough came by

Jay Parpworth in 2012. He is now a leading video director in the music industry working with SBTV, Universal Music and more.

Preslava Mccharthy
Preslava is a former PR executive and content manager with a background across various sectors. She now combines her passion for copy with a deep knowledge of digital platforms and a highly strategic focus, designing content strategies for our social media team.
She specializes on content strategy, copywriting and team building.

Michelle Serrato
With a Communication BSc, Michelle is responsible for growing the digital strategy for the business.
She initially designed and developed campaigns for North Kingdom Designs and Arena Education in the early years, before becoming the Digital Marketing Manager for the industry giant EF.
From concept to creation, Michelle works on on fully integrated campaigns; branding; direct marketing; branding communications; digital online ads; and direction of our marketing efforts.

Frederic “Fredriko” Jean-Baptiste
As Partnership Executive, Fredriko works with the campaign team to deliver a number of client strategies effectively across various disciplines, including content, inbound marketing, social media, PR and digital.
Fredriko specializes in project management and creative partnerships.

Eleonora Riccardi
A determined executive and professional, skilled in integrated marketing, advertising and digital. She is a critical thinker, researcher and creative problem solver for the Marketing team.

Simon Mollett
Meet Simon! (On the right side of the picture) He is our experienced corporate finance adviser, non-executive director and chartered accountant, with particular interest in technology-based companies and charities. He is currently the Director of Beechcroft Associates and a key member in the Shodement fundraising efforts.
Simon was also responsible for setting up our Managing Director in meetings with the likes of Live Nation, Time Warner, Universal Music and more.

Chris Wallis
Chris Wallis is currently the CFO of Crowd Emotion and key corporate adviser at Shodement. He was the main board member of public & private companies across a diverse range of sectors worldwide including Professional Services, TMT, Healthcare, Retail and Business Services. He has an indepth experience of strategy & business planning.

Georgina Bobb
A versatile and efficient video professional with a wealth of relevant experience with the BBC. If you don’t believe us, just ask her!
She was also nominated As ‘Rising Talent’ At The Screen Nation Awards 2015.

Crystal King
Crystal is responsible for the development, implementation and reporting of our Brand Partnership strategy. She has over 10 years of hands-on experience in the brand partnership sector, and recently won Women’s Business of the Year at the Women’s Business Centre awards.

Panos Chrysostomides
Panos is a highly motivated campaign manager specialising in artist liaison and attention to details. With years experience in project management sector.
As a campaign manager, Panos works with the marketing team to deliver a number of client strategies effectively across various disciplines, including content, inbound marketing, social media, PR and digital.

Alex Heyoka
Alex is a digital campaign coordinator with a passion for interactive media and music experiences. With a conceptual and hands on approach to the work, Alex strives to provide music fans with simple, beautiful and intuitive solutions to a variety of complex design problems.
Prior to Shodement, Alex was part of the Digital team at Universal Music France.

Rhodri Llewellyn
Rhodri is an incredibly driven and commercial businessman who has built a very impressive real estate portfolio which has continued to grow year on year. With a very straight and honest approach to business, he ensures he gets the best results for Shodement and builds strong partnerships outside the music industry.

Jay Lamusica
Jay Lamusica is the Managing Director of Shodement, one of Europe’s most promising music companies. He is an experienced music industry executive investing in Award winning and 2x Platinum selling artists. He has extensive experience in structuring endorsement deals with brands such as Westfield, Content Capital, Premier Moda, Mediabase Direct and Oxfam.
Prior to Shodement, he was responsible for achieving £2.7m in revenue for a UK based VC-backed PropTech company.

Alex Yenkalov
Our Chief Technology Officer manages the tech team of Software Engineers at Shodement. He is an experienced Full Stack developer with over 8 years in the sector. Expert at facilitating the delivery of software solutions for the likes of Just Eat, UBS and Texas Instruments. Strong focus on engineering leadership, product delivery and stack development.
Current VP of Product at a well known UK tech company. Our Product consultant comes with over 10 years of experience in product development. He was also responsible for a eCommerce store delivering more than £450 million in sales per year.
Seb works closely with Alex and Jay to deliver the best tech opportunities for our artists worldwide.
