OUR HISTORY
Shodement started life as a
BRAND NEW
company in 2012. Since the launch, our team has achieved a decade of triumphant music campaigns. In the summer of 2020, Shodement expanded with the technology division to amplify its track record and insight at scale.
Our first breakthrough came by

Hatice Gormez
Hatice leads all core social media functions and works closely with our brands, events and artists around the world.
She joined Shodement in 2020 after receiving her degree of Business Administration with a merit in International marketing from the University of Coventry London.

Jonathan Nwosu
Jonathan brings years of experience at Google UK to the Shodement team.
He is a strategic technology advisor who plays a pivotal role in developing both strategic and tactical digital initiatives for all our new product features on the way.

Nikita Nelson
Nikita Nelson is a dynamic event and campaign specialist with years of international experience in the entertainment sector. She now combines her passion for copy with a deep knowledge of digital platforms and a highly strategic focus, designing content strategies for our artists.
Additionally, Nikita holds a degree in Music Industry Management from Canterbury Christ Church University in Kent, United Kingdom.

Thea Serra
With previous clients such as Snoochie, Footlocker, and Nike, Thea is responsible for growing the digital strategy of our content creators.
She specializes in photography, videography, content creation, and brand partnerships.
From concept to creation, Thea works on fully integrated campaigns; branding; direct marketing; branding communications; digital online ads; and direction of our marketing efforts.

Frederic Jean-Baptiste
As an experienced Partnership leader, Frederic works with the campaign director to deliver a number of international client strategies.
Prior to Shodement, he was the Vice President of Commercial activities for a global investment firm in London with offices in New York, Hong Kong and more.

Eva Boursier
Eva is a determined media professional, skilled in integrated marketing, advertising, and digital. She is a critical thinker, researcher, and creative team member of the marketing team.
She liaises with stakeholders on behalf of Shodement.

Veronika Oswald
Veronika is an extremely talented Finance expert and has unique experience in secondary markets for private and unlisted companies. She possesses strong research and investment capabilities and liaises with shareholders, industry leaders, and the wider Private Equity community on behalf of Shodement.
Veronika works on Shodement’s long-term growth initiatives for our flagship artists.

Chris Wallis
Chris Wallis is currently the CFO of Crowd Emotion and key corporate adviser at Shodement. He was the main board member of public & private companies across a diverse range of sectors worldwide including Professional Services, TMT, Healthcare, Retail and Business Services. He has an indepth experience of strategy & business planning.

Georgina Bobb
A versatile and efficient video professional with a wealth of relevant experience with the BBC. If you don’t believe us, just ask her!
She was also nominated As ‘Rising Talent’ At The Screen Nation Awards 2015.

Crystal King
Crystal is responsible for the development, implementation and reporting of our Brand Partnership strategy. She has over 10 years of hands-on experience in the brand partnership sector, and recently won Women’s Business of the Year at the Women’s Business Centre awards.

Panos Chrysostomides
Panos is a highly motivated campaign manager specialising in artist liaison and attention to details. With years experience in project management sector.
As a campaign manager, Panos works with the marketing team to deliver a number of client strategies effectively across various disciplines, including content, inbound marketing, social media, PR and digital.

Heydee Lamarr
Born in Australia, growing up in Holland, and now based in London, Heydee’s passion for interactive media and music experiences allows us to work with the most exciting brands in Europe. With a conceptual and hands-on approach to the work, Heydee strives to provide music fans with simple, beautiful, and intuitive solutions.

Rhodri Llewellyn
Rhodri is the Managing Director of Axial Capital Partners and a board advisor at Shodement. He is a commercial businessman who has built a very impressive real estate portfolio that has continued to grow year on year.
With qualifications and experience in corporate finance & banking, as well as supporting entrepreneurial operations in the UK and North America, he advises Shodement on the long-term growth plans.

Jay Lamusica
Jay Lamusica is the Managing Director of Shodement, a London-based entertainment platform, backed by Axial Capital Partners. He is an experienced music industry executive behind Award-winning and 2x Platinum-selling artists.
Jay has been previously interviewed on UK Tech News, Music Business Worldwide, Beat Rate Radio, Music Week, Rockol Italy, London News Daily, Musically, Zhan Lou Wang China, Nexus Talks and is responsible for brand partnership deals for the likes of Westfield London, Content Capital, Premier Moda, Mediabase Direct, and Oxfam.
Each year his role for the music industry also includes managing Shodement’s very own UK Festival which funds more than 100 creatives a year.
Today, Lamusica has a track record of backing artists that have gone on to become world successes, including Tri Nguyen (Grammy Awards shortlist album – 2015), Angelica Lopez (Lukas Awards Winner – 2018), Shakka (2x Platinum-selling single at Global 12 – 2019), and DARA, who reached number one selling in the official charts in 2021.
Among his numerous awards, he was recently awarded the Greater London Enterprise Awards 2022 for his 10 years of achievements in the sector.

Nicki Coe
Nicki works closely with Jay Lamusica and other high-performing CEOs in different industries who are ready to take themselves and their business to the next level.
Nicki focuses on understanding her client’s core motivations and works with them to build iconic brands that go beyond what they could’ve imagined.
Her coaching style is built around challenges, curiosity, and creativity. Pushing founders to understand and upgrade their mindset, ask hard questions, and stretch their vision.
Nicki also runs her own marketing agency, LUNA + LION.
Current VP of Product at a well known UK tech company. Our Product consultant comes with over 10 years of experience in product development. He was also responsible for a eCommerce store delivering more than £450 million in sales per year.
Seb works closely with the tech team to deliver the best opportunities for our artists worldwide.
