Imagine stepping into a world where the allure of luxury meets the thrill of cinematic storytelling. Last week, this vision came to life as multi-award-winning music executive Jay Lamusica celebrated the grand launch of his latest venture, Dolce Vita, with a star-studded soirée at the renowned Chotto Matte Soho in London.

The event was nothing short of a sensory masterpiece. From the moment guests arrived, they were transported into a meticulously curated experience inspired by John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, directed by Chad Stahelski. The entrance was transformed into a scene straight out of the movie, evoking the film’s iconic taxi traffic moment. Guests navigated through the dynamic crowd setting downstairs before ascending to the hidden dining area upstairs, known as the “High Table” — a subtle nod to the movie’s layered and enigmatic storytelling.

The evening featured a dazzling lineup of guests, including Russian star Maria Liman, who paid homage to the “Russian folktale” referenced in the pivotal library scene of John Wick 3. This clever tie-in added an extra layer of depth to the event, seamlessly blending cinematic nostalgia with high fashion.

The dining experience was a true highlight of the night. Chotto Matte’s renowned chefs crafted a menu inspired by John Wick‘s character Zero, a chef for the High Table. Guests indulged in exquisite dishes like the Sato Maki with romano pepper—a refined nod to the blowfish scene in the movie. Live DJ sets infused the atmosphere with energy, perfectly complementing the culinary and visual feast.

Transportation to the event also embodied cinematic grandeur, with chauffeured Range Rovers mirroring the start of the movie where Winston arrives in style at the Continental New York Hotel. Finally, Chotto Matte’s architectural elegance, combined with purple neon lighting reminiscent of John Wick’s climactic final battle surrounded by blue neon lights, completed the immersive visual experience

During the event, Jay Lamusica shared his inspiring vision for Dolce Vita:

“Dolce Vita is a place where creativity, wellness, and quality intersect. From our restaurant to our cinematic experiences, gym, and spa, we aim to craft a space where Londoners can indulge in the ultimate expression of refined living.”

Dolce Vita’s journey begins with exclusive monthly “Ultimate Experiences,” affectionately dubbed “Dolces,” offering members access to the art of refined living each month. As the community grows, plans are already underway to open a flagship venue, with potential locations including Stratford, Battersea, and Greenwich.
