First and foremost , Global 12 Festival 2018 will be taking place September 1st in the heart of Shoreditch at Cargo venue.

This is one of the few purpose-built venues which launched as a club and live show space. Its programme includes punk through to dubstep to psychedelic prog and pop. There is an outdoor courtyard with a VIP lounge bar area which will be available during Global 12. The club itself is built into the arches of the Overground line and is daubed in graffiti wall art including some of Banksy’s work!

So what else is special about Shoreditch?

Unlike Central London, the best place to look for visual inspiration and unique art are the streets! Brick Lane and Redchurch Street are arguably the highlights.

The area is renowned for offering unique clothing, independent boutiques and more vintage shops than you can imagine including Blitz one of the largest in Europe!

Shoreditch is also home to the world’s first pop-up mall Boxpark. It includes some of London’s most famous food pop-ups, desert spots and fashion designers.

Thinking of exploring on a Saturday? Well you are in luck as if you head down early you’ll get to browse through Brick Lane’s Sunday market with a lot of bargains, second hand gems and incredible food prior to heading to Global 12 on September 1st!

Shoreditch has always been known for the nightlife and entertainment it offers what used to be brothels and theatres have now been converted to nightclubs and bars. If we haven’t said enough to convince you to visit Shoreditch and Global 12 Festival check out our headliners including the amazing Bobson, Jay-Way, Gavlyn and Killtime to mention a few.
